He graduated from National University of Defense Technology majoring in applied chemistry, obtaining the bachelor of engineering, and joined Research Institute of Chemical Defense so far. He received his master degree in military chemistry from Research Institute of Chemical Defense in 2001, and the doctoral degree in organic chemistry from Peking University in 2008. He worked as the vice director of Test and Evaluation Laboratory for Protection Equipment in May, 2014, and took the overall charge in June, 2015. He is also a master supervisor and associate professor.

He is the academic backbone of State Key Laboratory of NBC Protection for Civilian, and the principal investigator (PI) of Beijing Key Laboratory of Haze Health Effects and Protection. He also serves as the member of China National Technical Committee of Standardization for Personal Protective Equipment (SAC/TC112), the member of China National Technical Committee of Standardization for Public Safety Fundamentals (SAC/TC351), the member of China National Technical Committee of Standardization for Clean Rooms and Controlled Environment (SAC/TC319), the member of Product Quality and Safety Risk Assessment Expert Committee of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the review expert for the projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and the technical evaluation expert of national standards.


Abstract: Basing on the analysis and summarization of China’s national standardization progress and application practices in regarding to respiratory protective devices, and taking the international respiratory protective devices standardization development, such as Europe, United States, International Standardization Organization, into consideration, an initial plan for China’s respiratory protective devices standard system in the 13th Five-Years Plan were proposed and discussed, which could be used as reference to future work and provides a solid technical guarantee for the protection of the health of our occupational workers and the general public.
