She has mainly engaged in the clinical work of occupational disease. She is the 4th vice chairman of Occupational Disease and Environmental Medicine Specialized Committee in Shanghai Medical Association, and the expert of Shanghai occupational diseases diagnosis and appraisal expert database. She has undertaken the revision of three occupational diseases diagnosis standards of National Health and Family Planning Commission as the prime responsible, including Diagnostic criteria of occupational chemical-induced sudden death,  Diagnosis of occupational acute dimethylformamide poisoning, and Diagnostic criteria of occupational acute arsine poisoning. She has undertaken 1 scientific research project of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning "Effect of oxidative stress and cytokines in the pathogenesis of silicosis", and participated in several projects of national science and technology program, such as the sub-projects " Pre-hospital treatment of occupational acute chemical source sudden death" and "Treatment plan of occupational trichlorethylene drug eruption dermatitis" in the project "Research on key technology of acute occupational poisoning treatment".

Abstract: While the demolition of the original equipment and installation of steel platform in the workshop of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid production, 7 workers had got cough, chest tightness, nausea, fever and other symptoms successively and gradually aggravate. Their chest CT and arterial blood gas analysis showed different degree of lung damage. Workplace spot investigation showed that the workshop area is about 100m2, and there are two doors on north and south walls, no mechanical ventilation equipment in the workshop. The trifluoromethanesulfonic acid production equipment is located at the east part of the building, and the new steel platform installed at the west part of the workshop. The steel platform is made of steel pipe, steel bar or steel plate which coated with red or gray anticorrosive paint. The workers felt discomfort during the process of welding steel platform. Based on the spot investigation and the detection results of raw materials, intermediates, products and the painters coated the steel structure, we analyses the causes of acute poisoning, treated the patients successfully, and suggested the improvement for protection and control .
