He is majoring in radiological health, a master in particle physics and nuclear physics from Lanzhou University, and has long engaged in the research on radiation protection and radiation dosimetry. He is the expert of review experts database on 1st grade occupational health technical service institutions of State Administration of Work Safety, the expert of national work safety experts database, the member of Ionizing Radiation Specialized Committee in Chinese Society for Measurement, the senior member of China Occupational Health Association, and the member of Beijing occupational health experts database and work safety experts database. He has drafted or revised 2 national standards, 3 national occupational health standards and 1 Beijing local standard. He has undertaken more than 10 scientific research projects as the manager, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Special Fund of Technical Development and Research for Scientific Research Academy and Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Beijing Natural Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 50 papers in core journals at home and abroad, of which 20+ as the first author or corresponding author. He has been authorized 2 invention patents and 2 utility model patents.


Title:Present situation and prediction of occupational hazards assessment in nuclear technology application


Abstract:The evaluation and detection of occupational hazards in the field applying nuclear technology in China is required by the assessment and testing of radiological protection carried out by the health department and its technical support organizations in accordance with the law of the People's Republic of China on the prevention and control of occupational diseases. In 2012, after the amendment of the law, the law enforcement body of occupational health supervision and management of workers exposed to radioactive substances were adjusted to the departments of work safety supervision and administration. At present, China is in a period of rapid development of nuclear technology applications and nuclear power plants, research reactors and nuclear fuel construction resulting in that the representative of the total population continues to expand and exposure to radioactive hazard also grow fast. Starting from the analysis of the current situation of the application of nuclear technology in occupational hazard assessment, the main problems faced in the work are discussed, and some countermeasures are put forward, so as to effectively control occupational radiological hazards.
